Special Order Policies 1.Special orders are non-refundable. 2.A minimum deposit of 50% is required on all special orders. 3.All deposits are non-refundable. 4.Parts and deposits left over 20 days shall be forfeited. 5.Seller is not responsible for delays in UPS or freight shipments. Freight delivery is beyond the seller's control. 6.All conditions listed under terms of sale apply. Engine Warranty 1.Used engines are guaranteed not to have cracked block, head, or bad crankshaft. Parts external to the cylinder block and the cylinder heads ( I.e., throttle body, distributor, coilpack, etc. ) are not warranted. These are left on the engine for the installer's convenience only. 2.All conditions listed under terms of sale apply. 3.Used engines are guaranteed against rod knock, excessive smoking, and excessive oil consumption for 30 days from invoice date. 4.Buyer must replace rear main seal and inspect gaskets prior to installation. 5.All parts provided with the engine purchased must be returned with the core engine for core credit. Core credits or refunds will not be given after 30 days from the date of purchase. Transmission Warranty 1.Improper detent adjustment, low fluid level, failure to install a new filter, failure to properly flush the transmission cooler, broken front pump, or improper installation voids all warranties. 2.All conditions listed under terms of sale apply. 3.Front seal must be replaced prior to installation. 4.All transmissions come with a 30 day warranty from date of sale. Return Policy 1.Keep your receipt. No claim or warranty will be made without it. 2.Returns may be subject to a handling charge. Returns must be authorized by the original salesperson. Delivery drivers are not authorized to approve returns.Terms of Sale and Warranty Information 1.All sales are final 2.If within 7 days a mechanical part proves to be defective, seller will, within a reasonable period of time replace the part. 3.Seller is not responsible for or liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage. 4.No warranty or reimbursement on labor unless management approved in writing. 5.No cash refunds. 6.No warranty on seals, gaskets, fluids, or coolant. 7.In the event a mechanical part is defective, and a replacement is not obtainable, any refund will be made by company check. 8.All sheet metal, glass, and body parts are sold as is. 9.Non-rebuildable or incomplete cores are not acceptable for credit. 10. Damaged or altered parts are not warranted. 11. Keep your receipt. No claim or warranty will be made without it. 12. No claim made on body parts, colors or trim packages. 13. Overheating voids all warranties. All engines and cylinder heads have heat tabs installed. If center or tab is melted, it will void warranties. 14. Unless stated otherwise on the face of this receipt no other warranty is made or implied. 15. Seller is not responsible for buyer's error. 16. If at the seller's sole discretion, a non warranty return is allowed, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. 17. If you have a problem, contact Post Brothers Auto Parts, Inc. prior to removing or attempting any repair to the part. 18. Post Brothers Auto Parts, Inc. makes no claim as to the suitability of any part for a particular purpose. Buyer is responsible for for determining the suitability of parts purchased for purposes intended. 19. Electrical sales are final, non returnable, and non refundable. 20.
